Rafael A. Perez led a team of MPF attorneys in providing due diligence, contract negotiation, closing and title services to a joint venture of several local equity funds groups which paid in excess of $25,000,000 for the property. The property has an interesting history in that it was the original Southcom location and thereafter served as the headquarters for the Miami Herald.
