Rafael Perez furnished closing and title services to a Coral Gables real estate company purchasing several commercial properties on Giralda Avenue in Coral Gables. The group, which paid $5,125,000 for the latest acquisition, has been assembling a robust, contiguous holding in the new Giralda Plaza.  Its renovation plans aimed at creating a “true culinary destination, has already attracted marquis restaurant operators”.
