McArdle Franco PLLC (previously McArdle, Pérez & Franco) is pleased to announce that Victor Arca has joined the firm as a senior associate. Arca focuses his practice on complex commercial and real estate litigation.
Having previously worked at leading Miami-based law firms, as well as at the European Commission and top international law firms based overseas, Arca is highly experienced in litigating sophisticated cross-border commercial and business disputes. Arca also advises national and international clients in matters pending simultaneously before U.S. and foreign courts, including courts in Brazil, Colombia, France, India, Malta, Mexico, Peru, Spain, and Venezuela.
Arca has clerked for the Honorable Robert A. Mark, at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the U.S. Southern District of Florida. He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.

Arca is eligible to practice in Florida courts and the Kingdom of Spain.
Arca holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law in Virginia.
