McArdle Franco PLLC, a Miami-based business law firm, is pleased to announce that firm partners Xavier A. Franco and Michael A. Mullavey have been selected to the 2026 edition of Florida Super Lawyers Magazine. Mr. Franco was recognized on the Florida Super Lawyers list and Mr. Mullavey was named on the Florida Rising Stars list.
Each year, only five percent of attorneys in the state are selected by the Super Lawyers research team for the Florida Super Lawyers list, and no more than 2.5 percent are selected for the Florida Rising Stars list.

His clients include local and regional companies, joint ventures, closely held corporations, sole proprietorships and private individuals. He represents clients in state and federal court, appellate court, administrative hearings, alternative dispute resolution proceedings and arbitration panels.
