Xavier Franco was invited by the Miami Dade County Commission on Ethics and Public Trust to speak to a group of high school seniors as part of their Ethical Governance Day program. The program seeks to place civic leaders in classrooms across the county to discuss the importance of civic engagement. Mr. Franco’s presentation focused on the First Amendment, with a general overview of protections afforded by the constitution to every individual’s right to free speech. He spoke with a fully engaged group of AP Government students at Miami’s Coral Reef High School.
