Mr. Franco successfully intervened in a high-profile case that alleged the fraudulent transfer of millions worth of ultra-luxury vehicles to obtain possession of his client’s 2022 Rolls Royce Ghost.  The car’s owner hired Mr. Franco to obtain relief from a freeze order that prevented him from retrieving the $375,000 leased vehicle from one of the defendants in the litigation. 

Mr. Franco successfully opposed removal of the case to federal court and ultimately negotiated an agreed resolution with multiple parties that ensured the return of the vehicle to his client.  The result was accomplished in little over 3 weeks.
