McArdle Franco PLLC, a Miami-based business law firm, is pleased to announce that firm partner Michael A. Mullavey and senior associate Victor Arca have been selected to the 2024 Florida Rising Stars list. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.
Mr. Mullavey, who was selected in the Business Litigation category, handles complex litigation matters involving business disputes, commercial litigation, real estate, and construction litigation. His clients include local and regional companies, joint ventures, closely held corporations, sole proprietorships, and private individuals. Mr. Mullavey represents clients in state and federal court, appellate court, administrative hearings, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and arbitration panels.
Mr. Arca, who was also selected in the category of Business Litigation, focuses his practice on complex commercial and real estate litigation. Having previously worked at the European Commission and top national and international law firms, he is highly experienced in litigating sophisticated cross-border commercial and business disputes. Mr. Arca also advises national and international clients in matters pending simultaneously before U.S. and foreign courts.
